PHL to NYP: Chances of cancelations Thursday Morning?

Anyone care to speculate how the extremely low temperature might affect Keystone and NE Regional service on Thursday between Philly and NYC? I'm trying to decide if I should make the trip Wednesday night so I'm not late for my job.
