Compacting Drawer Issues

I'm facing some issues with drawers of items that don't have three forms, every time I load my world, the glowstone, copper and quartz drawers are reorganized so the top-slot have a "1x Block".

All my drawers are locked, the bug only seems to happen when I enter my world.
