Back to quitting after relapsing
I was clean for a year, but a few months back I relapsed. I was stressed and thought it couldn't hurt, and you know how it creeps in after that. Last week I was just full blown in my old addicted state again. A friend said I looked like a zombie and asked if I was alright. This hit me hard, what am I doing? Quitting last time after 2 years of use was hell.
So I immediately quit after that and a few days have passed now. Luckily it's not too bad this time, just feeling a bit flat and unmotivated. 2 years, or 2 months of use definitely makes a difference. I feel lucky I quit now before it gets much harder.
Not really having a point to this point, just wanted to write a bit and being thankful this sub exists. Reading other peoples stories makes me realize this isn't too bad, and I can do this.
