Failing to get started. Looking for a beginner camera

Recommendations

I've been trying to get better with 'the camera I already own' aka my smartphone. I've tried several apps and I have a clip on ND filter but I hit a massive stumbling block. I have a problem where I get migraines from studio lights and have been totally failing to get any good talking head footage in low light.

I bought a 2nd hand lumix g80 but it really didn't seem much better in low light and it was too clunkly and awkward and I ended up just not using it. I have just sold it on (for more than I bought it for actually). perhaps I should have stuck with it and bought a better lens.

Budget: £500. preferably less. I could go more if I thought it would have resale value. Max £1000

Country: UK. Weather has been rubbish for the winter but come the summer I'd like to be out daily taking videos. I live in the countryside.

Condition: New or Used. Probably used for price.

Type of Camera: Digital camera

Intended use: Primarily video but I will want some photos on occasion.

If video what style: Talking head videos and 'cinematic vlogging'.

What features do you absolutely need: side screen, decent low light ( not outdoor nighttime but sitting at a computer). I want some appearance of production values in my small plain room.

What features would be nice to have: I guess wireless file transfer? lightweight and simple to use.

Portability: small bag ok

Cameras you're considering:

  • ZV-e10 becasue it seems very popular and should be lots of tutorials. Supposedly good low light and cheaper lenses. Poor rolling shutter/stabilization (don;t think i'll be doing any fast stuff). Also only 8 bit and I was hoping to dip my toe into color grading but not essential. ~£500
  • Nikon Z30 seems like a good alternative
  • Canon R50 is also around that price. Maybe will get magic lantern down the line?
  • Lumix S5. Full frame will hopefully give me the appearance I like but expensive lenses. Looks like another chonker.
  • Lumix S9 . My current dream camera but almost twice the price new. FF should give me good low light. i should be able to do almost everything with this, right?

Cameras you already have: What do you like or dislike about them?

  • Lumix G80 (had). flip out screen ok. It always had a grainy look. menus were awkward but I figured them out eventually. Batteries did not last long. I never really got into it and ended up leaving it in favour of my phone
  • Pixel 9A. Easy to use in basic mode but video quality not good. Very few codecs in 3rd party apps. Terrible noise in low light even at low iso.

Notes: (any other considerations you think we should know about)

Lights onto my eyes give me migraines in a matter of minutes. I have to make sure the light is bouncing off a wall or something to diffuse it and keep it out of my eyes.
