Dumb question on selling, scammers?
I'm sorry if this has been covered but I couldn't find anything about it.
I'm just trying to make some extra money and get rid of stuff. I'm on disability and long story short I don't have the spoons to drive to meet people so I have them pick up from me.
Which of course means that I have to give my address. So I'm a single woman here and I have read that scammers want to get your address and as much info as possible.
I have been mostly requiring people to pay online first.
I even tell them they are protected if they use PayPal. They usually get snarky and say no way and insist they need to see it first, even if it's something that's like 15 bucks
Is it true that scammers want your physical address for something?
