Piper (compounded tirzepatide) vs Hers (compounded semaglutide) — which actually works better for weight loss?
Hi everyone,
I’m deciding between Piper’s compounded tirzepatide and Hers’ compounded semaglutide, and I’m looking for real-world experiences focused on RESULTS, not pricing or customer service.
Specifically, I’d love to hear from people who:
• Used Piper tirzepatide or Hers semaglutide
• Combined it with diet + exercise
• Stayed on it at least 6–8 weeks
I’m most interested in:
• How much weight you actually lost (and over what timeframe)
• Appetite suppression / “food noise” reduction
• Whether weight loss felt consistent or stalled
• If you switched from semaglutide → tirzepatide (or vice versa), did you notice a difference?
I’m not really concerned about price, shipping, or customer service, I’m trying to understand which medication seems to produce better weight loss in the real world, assuming lifestyle changes are in place.
Any honest experiences (good, bad, or neutral) are appreciated. Thanks!
