My Laptop keeps freezing randomly for 1-3 seconds

Hi ive recently got an issue thats not fatal but very annoying, the issue is that my laptop keeps freezing at random points in time for 1-3s or maybe longer not sure but I know its in seconds. this issue started happening a 2 weeks ago, didn't think much about it and left it thinking it would resolve itself but it didn't thats why I need your help. My laptop is HP OMEN Transcend 14 (2024) fb0xxx and it only supports integrated and hybrid modes.
