Acer Aspire A515-48M

I was listening to music on my laptop with my bluetooth headphones. I wanted to share one file with quick share to my phone. My Google Quick Share said it was trying to connect to my phone to send it but then said it didn't work. Then it said there is a problem with the bluetooth driver and I needed to restart my laptop. So I did. I paused updates yesterday on my laptop, just thought I would say. I have had problems many times with things breaking when I need to do an update. Bluetooth, wifi, something else I don't remember, one of them usually deactivates and the setting disappears when I need to do an update despite never postponing updates through the settings by delaying it a week but I did this time because I heard online there have been a lot of problems with this update where it is like breaking people's pc's or something. Anyway so I restarted my laptop and it said it was updating which I thought was weird since I paused the updates for a week. When my laptop came back on it said the updates were done but bluetooth still isn't an option on my laptop as of before I restarted it and the settings menu still says the updates are paused so very strange. I even had a look for bluetooth in my device manager and nothing about bluetooth was there. Not the bluetooth driver or anything. Updates usually fix these things but apparently not.

Is it worth just doing the update I need to do despite it causing problems on some people's pc's. If not, what am I supposed to do.

All help is very much appreciated so thank you in advance.

Bluetooth stopped working and said to restart laptop. Updates paused but still updated. Bluetooth still not fixed
