Just found a roach

Long story short it sounds silly but I have ptsd and struggle a lot when being around roaches. I lived in shelters for a long time that had terrible infestations. I finally have my own place , which was free of bugs. But my mom lives in a housing complex that has an infestation . I take nothing from her house any little bags my kids bring I keep them outside in the freezing cold for days . I go above and beyond to prevent having them. Found one when I first moved in, then did treatment and didn’t say any again until a year later today a HUGE one came running out from under my bed. Currently freaking out I obviously have more in here idk what to do told my landlord he said we’ll see where it goes ….. like ok great. We all know where it goes when you see one. I’ll honestly move over this, it’s something I can’t deal with. Does anyone have any suggestions please on treatment etc ?
