Conflicting info on new grad grace period

Hi, got my license Jan 2025 in Illinois and have been told by coworkers that I have a 4 year grace period for CEUs instead of the standard 2 year period. I googled and it seems that's the case, but there's a caveat for Illinois that's not very clearly worded. Many of my coworkers were licensed in Illinois, but they also graduated a few years to decades ago, so it might be things have changed. I contacted IDFPR for follow up, but they weren't able to answer the question over the phone and I'm not entirely sure the operator understood what I was asking. Can someone confirm here, with a possible link or at least someone who was licensed within the last two years?
