Help

I’m on the verge of dying. I have tried killing myself before by taking 30 dolo 650s but it has not helped me. I have a rope and I want to hang myself but it’s not easy. I need a quicker way to kill myself. I would cut my wrist too if that helps too. I need to end my life asap. I do not want to live anymore. I need to go away. I’ve read a millions of articles saying suicide is not an escape from what I’m going through right now and I’ve true everything. Please PLEASE help me
