Kidnapping by Carmen Sandiego
Evil Carmen is definitely amazing, and we needed to see more of her. But the Vile kidnapping borders on the absurd. They had so many incredible plans, and she predicted them, escaped, was saved by her friends—in short, at the end of four seasons of Interpol, Acme, and Vile trying to capture Carmen Sandiego, who has been elusive since the 90s games, she's caught by the janitors out of nowhere, without any plan whatsoever. When I first watched it, I thought Professor Maestro was going to sit down and explain what they had plotted, something even more incredible than the theft of the crown jewels. They really missed a great opportunity to show Vile's thinking, how intelligent someone had to be to catch Carmen Sandiego. It really disappointed me, and I think we ended up making excuses because Evil Carmen is wonderful. My opinion: the kidnapping should have happened, but definitely not in this way, for the sake of the script. What's yours?
