Teething wakes?

LO will be 7mo tomorrow, independent sleeper at night. He generally has 2-3 inconsistent night wakes but that's another story. Anyway, the past week or so we've had a few nights with shorter stretches and intense crying/screaming immediately upon waking. He doesn't settle with me holding or rocking him even though he ate like 1.5h ago. He just screams/cries, stiffens his body, and shoves his hands in his mouth. Nursing will help him calm and go back to sleep, but he wakes shortly after (1-1.5h). I have been giving him Tylenol before bed but haven't tried it yet in the MOTN even though I probably should. But does that sound like waking due to teething to you guys? This just started last week but it's not like it's every night

If anyone wants it, current schedule is roughly 3/4/4.5 with two 1h naps, but we are doing BTC at this point. Bedtime 8:30, DWT 7am (though he's been waking between 6:30-45 the past few days lol)
