E2 sides two days after first pin

Just started trt. Saturday I injected 60mg with the plan of doing 120mg split into 2. I had gyno as a teenager which eventually I had surgery for a couple years ago. I’m 34 now. Anyways after injecting 60mg within two days my left nipple is undeniably sensitive and slightly sore. Am I tripping or can E2 symptoms come on this quickly??? I know I am definitely pre disposed to getting gynocomastia and when I had surgery they did not remove all tissue as to give me chest a contoured look. Thanks for any advice. I’m also wondering if this could just be normal and temporary and no AI necessary.
