Dry FIP with kidney involvement + reactive lymph node

Question

Hi everyone. I’m looking for insight or shared experiences with dry FIP affecting kidney values.

Our princess Nala is only 3 years old and has suspected dry FIP with very high BUN and creatinine, anemia, and an enlarged/reactive abdominal lymph node seen on imaging.

Despite the lab values, she is still eating (dry + wet), drinking, urinating and defecating normally, responsive, curious, and interactive. She seeks comfort, sleeps with us at night, and even gets up to eat overnight.

She recently started GS-441524 (we gave her the first injection yesterday) and is also on a short, tapering course of steroids. Antibiotics were stopped since no bacterial source was identified.

We’re mainly wondering if others have seen kidney values stabilize or improve once GS starts working in dry FIP cases with lymph node involvement. Any shared experiences would really help during these early weeks.

Thank you 🤍
