Imprint Card Would Not Let Me Select 20% Rewards

In November, I applied and got the 20% reward card. We were furnishing a house and spent about 10k. 2000 of credit seemed like a no brainer, as we pay off our cards completely.

When I installed the app, it seemed odd, that no matter what I clicked on the app it kept saying I selected "no interest financing". I kept choosing 20% reward, but after refresh it kept saying "no interest" no matter how many times I tried

I wait a week or two and then got antsy and called Customer Service for Imprint. They assured me I had selected points and not financing, though I might not see it till next billing.

A month passes, and this billing period I still don't see my rewards. I call Customer Service and they told me I had selected "no interest" and not points and too much time had elapsed since my first purchase.

They said they cannot verify that the Customer Service I called the first time had told me I selected points.

I can't feel I was bait and switched. Has this happened to anyone else or do you know of any recourse? I feel bait and switched. Has this happened to anyone? is there any recourse?
