Vintage / luxury shopping in Osaka

Hi! I’m traveling to Japan in April and want to know the best spots for vintage & luxury handbags and watches. I’ll also be in Tokyo, but read that Tokyo has “tourist prices” and I’m likely to find a better deal in Osaka. Any recommendations?
