Despair of getting raided

I play 90% PVE because I like being friendly and have found more success in the game just helping and being nice.

The other 10% is when I play with a squad (it's KOS and I let everyone know, OR I need to get a deck quest in for my points)

So how does everyone deal with getting raided right at the end?

example: took a crate to the depot and got a toro and some ammo, dropped it for the guy who was in there already and he said thanks, we both ran to extract and he killed me as soon as I got on the computer.

do you just say well played and load in again to get more loot? do you immediately go into Stella montis and start murdering people?
