I'm a little disappointed in new quests

I do love doing quests, and some of them are really cool. But It feels more like a tutorial sometimes than real quest. Why aren't those marked as tutorials with an option not to show them anymore? I killed not only spotters but Bombardiers countless amount of times already.

I know these are meant to teach new players how to play, but man... I'm lvl 150 (2x75) and I HAVE TO cover in the Parking Garage to take down 2 spotters, or else the quest is not accepted? Why, tho?

And after that I have to interact with an ARC Deforesters, which was fun some time ago and is not in my interest anymore. I do not learn nor achieve anything. Although... I just learned these are called "deforesters", which is cool. Still, not interested in doing these...
