6 month update/smart start update

Just continuing to post my experience through this all with a class b misdemeanor DUI.

So far I’ve continued to have 0 issues with smart start. Legit nothing at all. This cold made a little slow to start this morning but that’s about it. So far I’d “recommend” smart start.

This past week was my first meeting with my “high risk” PO after being transferred from my original one. Legit feel like I super lucked out as this one seems even nicer / more laid back than my first, and he was really chill himself. Maybe it’s because I’m all paid up on all fees / almost finished with all my probation requirements. So far so good. Didn’t even get tested at this first appointment which was surprising, but I would’ve been good anyway.

Definitely be aware that this can be VERY different for you.

2nd week of IOP classes that someone recommended here, and I’m actually “enjoying” / not having any issues so far. Much cheaper option than some of the others I’ve seen out there / were on my accepted list.
