Failed twice on PH on my AI product. Now I am doing opposite

Hi everyone,

I launched my AI brand on Product Hunt twice in the last 7 months. Despite community support and hardcore efforts could not get featured on ph. And lost the battle.

I think 100s of Indian brands face the same issue on ph every month. Despite innovation & potential, they get buried under global brands.

In my opinion, India needs a platform:

• tailored for Indan market
• understand the local flair
• support local founders & builders
• India needs its own Product Hunt.

It can:

• provide a stage for launching
• Visibility, reach and credibility to Indian brands
• opportunity to generate leads for the new brands & to establish brands
• Investors can find out brands before they becomes unicorn
• content for content creators
• Possibilities are endless

So I started building a launch platform for India, not to compete with ph but to support the Indian products. It's on the MVP stage, and I need support from the community to shape it further.

1. What features should it include?
2. What should be different from ph?
3. Should it be free or paid?
4. How do I build a community and reach?
5. And most importantly, what should I not include or do?

I am genuinely seeking advice & insights from the community. Would appreciate your honest views.
