Hawai’i Vog Asthma

I have mild/intermediate asthma. I’ll have a lucky month or two without an attack, then I have months like these when I have constant attacks.

I’ve been sick since the new year. I have chronic bronchitis rn…and I never knew how bad my asthma could get until I was put on a long-term inhaler solely bc I get bronchitis 7~ times a year and was told to only use my albuterol as a rescue. I guess I’m coming to terms that I have to take this seriously.

Also, living in Hawaii, it has terrible vog, so I guess that is setting me back a lot too. It really affects your ability to breathe. I think the eruption is really affecting my asthma, so I’ve been indoors..
