Probably a dumb question about cold weather prep
I live in South Florida, so cold weather is normally not an issue. At most we have had a handful of nights in the upper 30's over the past several years. But...this weekend they are predicting two nights to get into the upper 20's (time to move further south?). One night 25, the other 29, back to back. Highs in the upper 40s and low 50s during the days.
Obviously, I don't think I need to completely winterize my pool (in ground, gunite, saltwater, catrridge filter). I am planning on making sure the pump runs all night to keep things flowing. Is this enough to protect the exposed pipes, pumps, and filter from freezing?
