my school isn't cancelling even though busses are getting stuck (Rant)

Busses are getting stuck, why does my school insist on copying its rival school, we don't close unless they do, this some bullshit, if i get stuck on the bus for 3 hours AGAIN this school year I'm going to something that will FORCE the school to be sensible under these winter weathers.
