Game issues since Jan 27th update?

Is anyone else having issues with the game since the latest update (Jan 27th)? I managed to play 1 game topside with no issues, second game got stuck at the departure animation for 5 min before I restarted the game, third game I was rubber banding all over the place multiple times. My internet connection is fine, is anyone else having issues?
