Do ladies notice an unintentional bulge?

Hi all

I brought a new suit, fits and looks great. The trousers/pants are more on the slim fit / tailored side. Not trying to brag, but I’m fairly well endowed, as an unintentional consequence there is a noticeable bulge. I’ve a fair few looks from girls in the office, and some have not hid where their eyes are going. Are they disgusted by this or is it a sign of attraction?
