Potty training and Nursery

Hi, apologies if this isn’t allowed, I have an almost 3yo boy (FTM) in part time nursery (Tues-Thurs). We have been potty training since July ‘25 and he is 95% dry with us during the day/out and about/ classes etc, and improving on naps/nights.

Nursery, however, is a different story. We have weeks of daily accidents then weeks of dryness. He is in the 2-3yr room, but will be moved to pre-school room (3+) week after his birthday. They pulled me aside last week and said he is sensitive to change and they need to figure out a strategy for his toileting with the larger ratio (Scotland is 1:8 in 3+ room). I should add there seems to be a continual stream of new staff/children in the room since mid-October. I am worried that, if he continues to have accidents, they will say he needs to go back to pull ups once he moves. He hasn’t been in them since July. Is there anything we can do as parents in this situation with nursery? Thanks in advance.
