does this sound musculoskeletal?

30f no diagnosed history of heart disease but i’ve had palpitations in the past and frequent fainting episodes in childhood, poor diet and little exercise, non smoker, paternal history for blood clots in legs

yesterday i shoveled snow and cleaned my bedroom so i spent much of the day hunched over. i also haven’t ever shoveled snow before so i was throwing it over my shoulder but now i know not to do that

i’ve been experiencing what i can best describe as sharp twinges of pain across my chest and under my breasts. it felt like the twinges started on the left but today i also feel them on the right. i noticed it first when bending over to pick stuff up off the floor. when my massage my chest it feels good but idk if that’s coincidental. no nausea shortness of breath and no pain in jaw. my back hurts but feels more like a broad soreness
