Cold weather wearing me down

I live in South eastern Iowa. For the past week and a half is gotten increasingly more and more cold. I also work and a cemetery and am outside for a good portion of the day, even on a super slow day. The cold is at times physically painful to me. Then on top of the pain, having to layer up with a bunch of different clothing. Even if individually they all cause minimal sensory issues, combined on the wrong day just adds to the meltdowns.

My tolerance level seems greatly diminished as well.

Inconveniences turn into meltdowns super fast the past week.

I’m not necessarily looking for advice, more for any one that could possibly relate or identify.
