How do you share an idea without losing it when looking for a co-founder?
I’m working on a business idea, but I need a technical co-founder. A few people I’ve spoken to are interested, but they want to understand the complete model and what makes it different before committing.
I’m stuck in the middle if I don’t explain the idea properly, no one can judge if it’s worth joining. But if I explain everything, I worry about sharing too much, especially with people who are more technically experienced.
For those who’ve been in this situation: how did you handle it? How much did you share early on and what helped you build trust with a potential co-founder when you weren’t technical yourself?
