New Original Composition

Hello fellow composers and composition enthusiasts!

I am proud to announce the completion of my latest work, the Sonata for Two Pianos.

The Description is as follows:

"I completed the Sonata for Two Pianos in January 2026. It is composed in three movements, two allegro movements bracketing a theme and variations, and is written in a late classical style. The first and third movements are united thematically, as the episodes separating the rondos in the finale are transformations of the dominant motif of the first movement, that of a descending octave recovered by skips by thirds. The theme of the middle movement is that of the anthem of West Ham United, the early twentieth-century song “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles”.

The work is dedicated to my dear friend Lhasa Mencur, who served and continues to serve as an invaluable guide and inspiration in my musical composition. Enjoy!"
