So basically a month ago I was arrested for allegedly violating a domestic violence protection order by liking one of her TikToks and on the arrest warrant it said I committed the crime at 9pm that day (I was arrested and booked well before 4pm that day) and I was wondering if I could sue for a malicious arrest I was incarnated for over 24 hours bc of it
