Switch Games for Fresh Pokémon Fan

Hi everyone! With the title itself, I am simply a new fan of the Pokémon franchise out of influence from my geek or nerd friends.

Unfortunately, since I started late, I can only lay my hands on Switch consoles for now. Yes, there are emulators, *but I want my first Pokémon gaminf experience to be legit, at least, **so I can relate myself sentimentally.***

#So, which Pokémon games under Switch platform I must avoid or enjoy?

I already noted some Pokémon games from past consoles to try, which I'll play later after doing some Switch ones first.

Thanks for your suggestions in advance.
