Heat Pump whine normal?

2025 Gen2 R1S dual motor.

Is the whine noise from the heat pump (I think) normal? I don’t hear it when the AC is turned off. It’s not vibrating nor as loud as I’ve seen other posts on hear that got them fixed. But it is quite annoying. I can just hear this humming/ whining sound constantly, even with music or audiobooks playing.

Mine sounds like this example when he checks the front of the car, but I hear the same inside the cabin, at 7:08 in this video.

I’ve had for almost a month and wondering if it’s worth opening a ticket over.

There’s a separate compressor noise when it lowers or raises ride height, that sounds about the same loudness. That’s bearable though because it is not constant.
