AITAH For requesting a new screen after getting mine replaced 2 weeks ago

Basically my old laptop screen had 3 small dead pixels. They really weren't noticeable unless the screen was black but I have severe OCD and stuff like that bothers me to no end that I had to get it fixed. I brought it into a local computer repair shop and they even commented on the screen not looking bad but I explained to them that it bothers me and I wanted to go through with replacement. So $200 later and I got the screen back but not more than 2 weeks later there's already a small pile very very tiny dead pixel on the screen.

I feel really bad because it is like so small you have to really focus to see it but my OCD just can't ignore it. I sent them an email asking if there is warranty and if I can get it replaced again for free. I just feel bad because I just had it replaced and the pixel is literally so small any normal person wouldn't care. On the other hand I feel it is ridiculous that I've only had the screen 2 weeks and already have a dead pixel. I know It's not necessarily their fault but idk if I'm justified in getting the replacement for free. They haven't got back to me yet and I'm planning on calling but I wanted to see if I'm in the right before complaining and demanding a new screen
