Private practice. Need advice

Hi! I'm a newly registered nutritionist-dietitian, I want to start private practice while I'm actively job hunting (malapit na umiyak kasi wala pang work🥲). ‎How do I start po? ‎1. Do I only need to advertise my services or do I need to get a permit pa po (since may professional taxes na binabayaran pa sa gov't and such)? ‎2. What are the typical rates like for counseling, consultation, meal planning and such? ‎ ‎Thank you in advance RNDs!
