When will be able to play with all our friends?

Some of the most casual content in the game still can't properly be played with your crossfaction friends...

You can be in the same guilds, groups, see eachother in the same cities etc.

Are we still stuck on some arbitrary RP reason to not allow this? For the 10 people that care about it?
