Cursor showing on secondary monitor to the right, windowed borderless.

So I play window borderless and recently (2 or 3 days) my cursor has been appearing on my secondary monitor when I move it to the edge of the screen to the right. The cursor itself is still locked within the game and it doesnt click anything on my other monitor but its annoying me that its showing up like that when normally its hidden on the right side edge.

Changing to fullscreen than back to borderless seems to fix it but once I start a new match it happens again.

Ive already tried the repair tool as well.
Any ideas what could cause this?
