Butler sink installation - what type of tradesperson do I need?

Hi, I want a butler sink installing in my utility room but I'm really struggling to find someone willing to do it! Can anyone advise who best to approach to help me with this/whether I can do any of it myself? Plumber? Handyman?

There's no sink there currently but it's next to the washing machine and the stopcock, so there is the plumbing for that. It would need the worktop cutting out, sink being sealed in, hole cut in worktop for tap, then plumbing. I can mange the worktop bit myself but I'm wary of doing the plumbing. And I don't want to fix the sink into position first because I think it might be easier to do the plumbing without the sink in the way.

Any advice who I'm best to ask to do this type of thing? I've asked a few plumbers/general building companies and everyone just seems reluctant to do it, presumably cos it's quite a bit of work including both plumbing and woodwork?

Thanks for any help
