Update on below case - NEVER BUY GOLD FROM FLIPKART

Flipkart now has changed their terms and saying they CANT SEE any mismatch of the product and thus won’t be able to return.

Point here to be noted - I have recorded all the conversations I had over call ( 4 of em over a variety of days ) - each executive has clearly stated yes I can see the white tarnishing and some of them even saying we can process a refund - but of the original value and not current value - which I am disputing since it’ll be a opportunity loss for me.

Sharing this so that others don’t have to face the trouble I had to face with the support.
