Realistically, what are your thoughts on posting moments/pictures from your wedding on Instagram?

I’m getting married soon and I’ve heard the term “nazar” come in quite frequently. I don’t post too much of my life on social media at all and tbh I don’t think I’ll go beyond a few pictures on my stories.

I wanted to know your thoughts on weddings and posting on social media. It almost feels like marriages have become ways to become “viral” on Instagram and honestly good for them. I’ve seen two sides - one, going all out on social media, making couple Instagram accounts, yada yada yada, versus put very few close to no updates on Instagram.

To each their own, and everyone has the right to choose for themselves but I wanted to know about your thoughts and if ‘nazar’ is a real thing, and keeping everything private is the way to go.
