She is 26 and I am 23...I am confused

So this girl and I had some eyecontacts at the gym. I am kind of introverted so she took the initiative to speak up..and eventually we came closer. She already mentioned her age and asked about mine..she already enquired whether im committed or not( I m single btw). Still we used to go for long walks after gym(in bangalore).

I taught my mind that don't fell for her and maintain the distance.. But yesterday she opened up and told that she had some feelings for me..Like genuinely she is ok with my age or whatever..she is a mangalorean but parents are mallu..

I am confused..what should I tell..and how should I tell.. I really don't want to make her sad but on the other hand I don't want to Start a relationship with her..how should I move forward this..like I need a healthy solution.
