would the earthing i experience while my mac is charging cause any damage on the long run

i get a bzz if i touch due to earthing issue with the 2 point charger (in india), while im charging my mac , i know buying a 3 pin charger would solve this but i'm just confused whether buying that would be giving much of a difference
