asap advisor so rude

so you guys know about the 18 dollar class swap right, I wanted to swap my class section for SCI120 to a more convenient section, so I reached out to my advisor bc it said I would be on the waitlist, if she could help me out. Then she responds saying when a class is closed, you cannot swap.

Ok, sure, but then she says "next time make sure you enroll at the proper time for the proper class for your major." Mind you, as an engineering major, this is a requirement. Is she slow? Is it bc it's 8 am? Someone let me know
