transferring to ust with dropped subjects

hi! i'm planning to apply as a transferee to ust and i’d like to ask for clarification regarding eligibility.

i previously enrolled in another university but dropped all my subjects during the term. because of this, I’m unsure how it affects ust's screening of grades and transferee requirements.

i've also heard that some transferees chose not to credit any subjects and instead enroll again as a 1st year regular student to avoid complications. i’d like to ask if this is allowed in ust and how the process usually works.
