Being singled out

Workplace Issue

So where I work is a.great place don't get me wrong, my work place allows kids to come to work with parents. Before being shipped off to school, via a bus. However I am feeling singled out as my son is being reported for the same things other kids are doing and I believe there is a campaign at work to get rid of the kids not just my son. I was spoken to by my boss because my co-workers felt my son shouldn't of been cutting an orange by himself. Or that he shouldn't be "wondering" which he isn't, he either goes to the bathroom or sits on the porch with the front door open, which my co-workers has allowed so long as he can be seen from the door way. I don't feel that this is right. And others have spoken up about the issue, that my son isn't a bad kid and people at work need to stay in their lane. But a lot of co- workers believe that they shouldn't have to have children in the break room. What should I do?
