Found this stumbling on the internet reading about the Openloop Rico lawsuit!

Threat actor claims data breach impacting OpenLoopHealth, exposing over 1.6 million U.S. patient records.

Even if this is not true (which seems unlikely), I'm shocked they haven't addressed this yet.
