Should I upgrade my CPU?

so I have a 4080 super with an i513600k, after my old gpu suddenly died I replaced it but stayed with the same CPU, its not bad at all and I read that the CPU shouldn't really bottleneck my PC but I have a 1440p screen with and really wanna hit that 200 fps (on no higher than high graphic settings) mark in new games like arc raiders, will replacing my CPU help with that in a big way?
