Can I print/get a physical Kuwaiti driving license after leaving Kuwait & residency canceled?

Hey everyone,

Quick question, hoping someone here has been through this before.

I previously lived in Kuwait, but I’ve left the country and my residency has been canceled.
My Kuwaiti driving license is still valid, and I do have an older printed physical card (expiry date 2023), but the current valid version is only available digitally.

Does anyone know:

• If it’s possible to print or obtain an updated physical driving license?
• Or if there’s any workaround (embassy, power of attorney, traffic department process, etc.)?
• Or is it simply not possible once residency is canceled, even if the license itself is still valid digitally?

Any info, experiences, or official guidance would be super appreciated 🙏
