Gold 5 PC Tracer How can I improve?

Description of the match / things you want reviewed: I have been hovering Gold 5 at about a ~50 win rate playing mostly tracer. I have self-vod reviewed before and even though I know I am not doing good, I am not sure what I need to fix. If other replay codes would be helpful I can include them. Some things in need to improve on are that I need better blink usage (not blinking into walls, having full blinks before a fight), better recall usage (sometimes I die with recall up), aim (tracer is a really mechanical character). I also find maps like Numbani hard for tracer as her kit is not suited for verticality and long sight lines. Thank you in advance for vod reviewing.
